🖥️Issue 1: No Image on TV or Screen

- Click speaker icon in taskbar and select correct device.
- Ensure it's not muted.
- Test with a YouTube video or sound file.

💻Issue 3: Laptop Not Displaying on Screen
- Reconnect HDMI to laptop.

- Adjust refresh rate to 60Hz if needed.

📂Issue 4: PowerPoint Won’t Open from OneDrive
- Use Office Online to open the file.
- Download file to desktop and open locally.
- Restart OneDrive if file doesn’t sync.
📹Issue 5: Teams / Poly Bar AV Issues
- Check HDMI/USB between Poly bar and PC.
- In Teams, go to Settings > Devices and select the correct mic/speaker/camera.
- Restart Teams or use a different device.
